COMMUNITY HEALING COLLABORATIVE (CHC)
Provides support for teens at highest risk for imminent engagement in violence to address the underlying needs. The program trains “credible messengers” to support de-escalation, conflict resolution, and peacemaking techniques.
PREVENTION AND DIVERSION CASE MANAGEMENT
Case managers work to build accountability, foster personal growth, and reduce risk factors associated with violence, justice system involvement, and the school-to-prison pipeline ultimately promoting long-term positive outcomes for youth.
VORS - VICTIM-OFFENDER RESTITUTION SERVICES
Mediation and restitution facilitation between youth who have committed a criminal offense and the victim of their offense. Evidence-based and recognized as a national model for restorative justice, VORS mediations are the central component of our diversion program.
FARS - FAMILIES ABLE TO RESOLVE SITUATIONS
Mediation for youth who are in conflict with their family. The goal of FARS is to strengthen family relationships, help resolve conflict, and link youth and family to other beneficial community resources.
