Conflict Resoultion Workshops are offered at Pathways to Success after-school programs in participating high schools. Workshops cover communication skills, conflict resolution skills, to listening skills and bullying type behavior. Workshop attendance can used by schools to help detention students to regain full student status and reduce suspension recidivism. -In 2010 1,595 youth participated in Student/Police Dialogues or completed Conflict Resolution training.
